Chicken kabiraji


Soft marinated chicken coated with whisked egg and bread crumbs, and fried in hot oil. For the best taste serve it with mustard sauce (kasundi) and salads. Its tests great for its crispiness in the out side and soft chicken inside it and the mustard sauce with it just makes it more delicious. It’s one of the traditional Bengali dishes, mainly available in the old type of restaurants in Kolkata. The picture is from CafĂ© restaurant in the Hazra crossing at Kolkata.
