Joynagar er moa (Moa of Joynagar) is one of popular sweet in Bengal. This Bengali sweet available during winter season. The village Joynagar is in the district of South 24 Parganas of West Bengal, 50 K.M. South of Kolkata. At first the Sugar mixed with molasses (Nalane) is boiled. When the boiled mixture becomes cool then the "Kankanchur Paddy" is mixed with the mixture slowly.The sweet scented "Nalane" molasses is poured on it and the entire materials is covered.
