Chicken kabiraji

Soft marinated chicken coated with whisked egg and bread crumbs, and fried in hot oil. For the best taste serve it with mustard sauce ( kasundi ) and salads. Its tests great for its crispiness in the out side and soft chicken inside it and the mustard sauce with it just makes it more delicious.
