Dahi fuchka

Fuchka or panipuri is a common street food in India. Small balls made up with the atta (brown wheat) and fried in the hot oil. Generally served with tamarind water and smashed potato with various types of spice.

Some times its being served with card some sweet sauce smashed potato with spice and vujiya or chanachur. This types of fuchka are known as dahi fuchka (fuchka with curd)

    I am big fan of normal Fuchka and also Dahi Fuchka.
